- THE WREATH—Our ultimate victory in Christ. Eternal life (John 3:16)
- THE SHIELD—Our vision. At UCC our faith is in Christ who was anointed at Bethany for His death as our Saviour. The emblem of the cross, represent the unveiling of Christ Jesus the Son; crucified, risen, and exalted. He is our vision! (John 12:1-11)
- THE BIBLE AND SWORD—Our ministry. The Bible and Sword represents the dual ministry of teaching the word and wielding God's delivering and healing power as a demonstration of the reality of Christ's resurrection in these last days. (Obadiah 21, Rev.12:1-11, and John 11)
- THE SHIELD AND SWORD—Our attitude. As symbols of militancy, they represent our desire to embody the Spirit's passion to accomplish God's will and work in and through us.
- THE COLORS—Our mission and work. Jesus led the disciples out as far as to Bethany, and there, gave them the great commission to make disciples of all nations. This globe represents our commitment to that call to LOVE the souls of men, and see them saved and matured. Here we see the blending of vision and mission together in both local and world-wide evangelism (Luke 24:50, Matthew 28:18-20). The colors that reflect our mission and work are as follows:
Maroon: Patient in battle, and yet victorious.
White: Pure in our motives.
Blue: (Not shown, but worn by students), Truth and loyalty.
