Enrollment Union Chapel Christian Academy has begun the early re-enrollment process for the 2023-2024 school year for all returning students. The re-enrollment process is very simple and we hope that you begin your process now. Download the re-enrollment form (click link below) or pick up a copy in the school office. In order to early re-enroll your child, the packet must be complete and returned with the enrollment fee June 1st. Remember this is early re-enrollment. Please note that signatures from all parties with custodial rights are required on these forms. Priority enrollment is limited to the months of January through March. Please keep in mind that open enrollment is available June 1, 2023. Application will be available in the school office. To ensure your child’s enrollment, it is important that you submit your enrollment packet and fees by the deadline. |
